I just want to thank you both for getting Bagel to SC.  Tonda, after speaking to you I knew that you were the right people.  You settled my nerves on the phone and Mike was just great with Bagel.  The fact that he was accessible and didn't mind the calls from me and my son, took away a lot of my apprehension.  I am enclosing below a letter that I wrote to UShip....thanks again!

Great Expectations Delivered!
I was very worried about shipping my dog, Bagel, across the country (California to South Carolina)to where my son lives. I had spoken to several shippers, but was not satisfied so I went on to UShip. I got a bid and called to talk to the shippers referred. After speaking with Tonda from Get-M-Home, I felt very comfortable as this was not a "corporate" shipper who had concern for the dog only as a shipment. Tonda and her husband Mike do the actual driving and are dog lovers! They accommodated Bagel's possessions and kept in contact. I called everyday and Mike was always accessible on the road. He did not mind the daily calls, both from me in CA. and my son in SC. and in fact they both encouraged the contacts. Bagel arrived safe and sound and had already bonded with Mike. Bagel is now safely at his new home with my son. We are both grateful for Mike and Tonda's care at Get-M-Home and for UShip's referral.

Tonda and Mike I am forever grateful to you both. I am so thankful each and EVERY day to BOTH of you for bringing our PIXIE to us! Thank you for alllll of the TLC that you gave her during the drive. Mike, she was so attached to you when she arrived, we could certainly tell how much love you had bestowed upon her during the drive. :)  You two are soooo gifted and we are all blessed that God has given you both hearts so big  that you can spread His Love across the miles!!! I mean that most sincerely too…. Without your team efforts we would not have our little “Pixie-Doodle" here with us. Because the two of you spread your God-given gifts of love, hope, joy, and time to these precious Babies we ALL benefit: the “fur-babies” AND our entire families. Thank you for being such great people,and for delivering our “Baby” to us. We are eternally Blessed from both of you!

Dear Tonda - Thank you so much for being there for me when I got the call from Florida Animal Police telling me they had recovered a stray GSD that I had placed over a year ago to a home in Florida.  He was micro chipped and still in my name (thank God)He was now a stray and on 'death row'.  Arrangements were made for Holly dog Inn to keep him and Tonda was there for his pickup to bring him back to me in Mo.  A nice lady in Florida ended up contacting me and adopting him.  Tonda was there and a big comfort assuring me she could get him home if need be.  I appreciated this very much.  I will certainly refer to your site and hopefully we will meet when I have a transport.  Thanks a million and safe travels!  Cindi in north east Missouri

I have been extremely satisfied and your love for animals is just awesome, unlike the airlines, which have embargoed this breed along with many others, even French Bulldogs.
